Assistant Operations Manager
As Assistant Operations Manager, Omar manages and supervises the workforce by allocating tasks, planning events, training staff, setting deadlines, and monitoring the performance of PSC employees. Omar began his career with PSC in 2022 as an Outdoor Field Service Worker and was later promoted to a Lead Outdoor Field Service Worker. During his time with PSC, Omar has displayed his leadership by being a consistent positive example for the team. Omar came to PSC from the University of California Berkeley and has over 14 years of janitorial and managerial experience. Omar was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager in August 2023.
