Peralta Service Corporation (PSC) provides residential and commercial property management services in Northern California’s East Bay area. Our full range of interior and exterior services includes power washing, graffiti removal, maintenance, landscaping, street sweeping, festival management, and janitorial services. PSC is also proud to provide businesses with desk clerks, concierges, and community ambassadors.
Founded in Oakland in 1975, PSC is a nonprofit helping job seekers remove barriers to employment. Our living wage employment and workforce development training program places candidates in available positions in property management services. Our program increases the economic self-sufficiency of low-income adults, providing them both a progressive career and personal growth.
As a subsidiary and social enterprise of The Unity Council, our organization’s values are aligned with the principles of community, empowerment, equity, integrity, self-esteem, passion, as well as cultural awareness and sensitivity.
